Christina Sullivan - Founder & Managing Partner

I’m a builder, strategist, and operator at heart, with a career that’s taken me through the worlds of legal services, tech, and luxury hospitality. With degrees in Marketing and Business, I jumped into hospitality, where I quickly found my calling leading high-pressure teams and turning chaos into high-performing operations. I’ve always loved creating systems that boost client satisfaction, team morale, and the bottom line.

When I made the leap into tech, I led initiatives that helped drive over 13% revenue growth in one year. I worked across teams to improve client experience, scale our delivery systems, and build out performance metrics, all while managing complex, high-value accounts. 

As a director in the legal services space, I hired and mentored top talent, built out SOPs, designed quality control systems, and managed multimillion-dollar client relationships with law firms nationwide. From my seat at the leadership table, I helped shape strategy and drive growth, retention, and profitability.

Now, I’m the Founder and Managing Partner of Momentum—a legal solutions firm built to help law firms scale with strategy, efficiency, and heart. I’ve personally negotiated and closed millions in legal contracts, and I’m leading our expansion with a focus on innovation and long-term client success. I’m known for turning big ideas into real, revenue-generating systems with precision and purpose.

What really drives me is building things that don’t exist yet and turning them into something exceptional. I’m a connector, a big-picture thinker who’s obsessed with the details, and a leader who inspires people to bring their best. I’m also a proud mom, a loyal friend, and someone who believes business should be both brilliant and deeply human.
