Darin Zabriskie - Founder & Managing Partner

I’m a Founder and Managing Partner at Momentum, and also currently serve as Vice President at CPT Group, where I help navigate the complex world of class action and mass tort settlement administration. With over 15 years of experience in both financial and legal services, I’ve built a career around solving tough problems and delivering results that matter.

Before CPT, I was VP of Settlement Services at Western Alliance Bank. I worked closely with mass tort attorneys and class action administrators on major MDLs, helping set up Qualified Settlement Funds worth billions. During my time there, I led initiatives that more than doubled performance goals and helped grow deposits to over $2.3 billion in just two years.

My background spans everything from mass torts and class action administration to financial services, compliance, bankruptcy, escrow, and digital payments. I’m especially passionate about business development, strategic consulting, and building strong client relationships. I take a collaborative, consultative approach to leadership and always aim to bring innovative, client-focused solutions to the table.

Outside of work, I stay active in philanthropy and community service. I’m involved with organizations like Public Justice, Snoqualmie Valley Key Club, and Friends of the Trail. I’m also a proud dad to three amazing daughters, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu professor under Renzo Gracie, and someone who loves to travel and make music with friends.
